While most technology firms are drowning in red ink, IBM has managed to slither out a profit mostly by cutting U.S. jobs and shipping them overseas. Places like India, Russia and Brazil are benefiting while the U.S. continues to struggle.

I'll say it once and I'll say it again, America first!
